RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At KIMYA, returns are very simple. We offer easy exchanges or credit notes within 30 days.
If the size isn't right for you, simply send us an email and one of our friendly staff will be happy to help you.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges on our made-to-order clothing, if the value is greater than 199.95 CHF.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition (unworn, unaltered, unwashed clothing and with their tags).
To return an item, simply send us an email to: contact@kimya.ch.
Returns and exchanges are not possible on sale items. All sale purchases are final.
KIMYA does not cover return costs. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracking service.
KIMYA is in no way responsible for the loss of returned products.
KIMYA offers returns on full-price items within 14 days of delivery.
HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY PRODUCTS?
Wash them in cold water on a delicate cycle. If possible, turn items inside out and place them in a wash bag. Fabrics may fade during the washing process and these instructions will help you keep them looking their best.
SHIPPING POLICY
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Shipping with us usually takes 15 business days if the product is not in stock, as we need time to sew your item. After your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. As soon as your order is on its way, we will notify you.
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Delivery is free throughout Switzerland from 150 CHF of purchase!
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes! You can track your order on our website using the tracking number via Shipping Tracking.
